Overview

The ability to analyse a problem or issue, identify its root cause, and to present potential solutions is an essential skill for leaders, managers and knowledge workers.

On this course, participants will learn the key tools and techniques used at each step in the Problem Solving and Decision-Making process: from gathering information, identifying the problem, generating ideas, evaluating alternatives and implementing the solution.
