Managing Workplace Diversity


Managing Workplace Diversity addresses diversity and its benefits, discrimination in the workplace, the impact of bullying and harassment, and the leader’s role in maintaining standards and dealing with inappropriate behaviour.

On this course, participants will learn the key concepts and techniques to counter the effects of our biases and improve our ability to correctly interpret and adjust to the culturally defined behaviour of others. They will go on to learn practical strategies and techniques for building inclusive, effective teams in which each person can contribute to the best of their abilities.
