Supervising Others

Overview

This course is designed for people who are new or transitioning into a supervisor or team leader role. This can be challenging time for new supervisors, and this course provides a practical approach on how to achieve outcomes through other people in a way that engages and motivates them.

On this course, participants will learn practical strategies and techniques for adapting your leadership style to the situation and person, building trust and communicating effectively, setting team and individual goals, managing performance, delegating tasks, and giving constructive feedback.
