Strategic planning is an organisational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working towards common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and adjust to the organisation’s direction in response to a changing environment.

This course is designed for participantsto learn and develop skillsin defining the company values, creating a vision, and setting the mission.

They will go on to complete SWOT analyses, set meaningful goals, assign accountabilities, predict and solve problems, make decisions, cope with change, and more.
